Biking
I got the part I needed for my bike in the mail over the weekend so my bike is back up to its ship shape. I also got in contact with someone who can rebuild my rear wheel onto a fixed hub. I wanted to do it but I can’t be bothered to buy a truing stand just for one wheel. Maybe later in life when I have more bikes.
Went up to Birmingham for the weekend. Saw Anna’s mom in La Traviata. It was pretty amazing, huge baby doll on stage with windy staircase going up it (it was pretty big). Over all impressive opera although far from traditional. Had some nice time with her family though. Its always nice to spend some time in a home rather than in student flats.
Work and school are going well. Lots of the latter and not enough of the former. Certainly learning a lot more this year or at least it feels like it so far. Anyway I should be in bed by now, I’m trying to be in bed by eleven and up by seven.
